I. Return Application Time
Customers can submit a return application within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Orders exceeding the return period may not be processed.
II. Returns After Opening
To give customers greater peace of mind when shopping, TORINCREST LLC supports returns after opening.
Even if the goods have been opened, you can still apply for a return if the following conditions are met:
The goods are not severely damaged.
The goods are basically intact.
The goods do not affect normal secondary inspection.
Accessories and packaging are kept as intact as possible.
We understand that customers need to actually see and experience the bedding, therefore we will not refuse a return simply because it has been opened.
III. Non-Returnable Items
Returns may not be possible in the following situations:
The item is severely damaged due to human error.
The item is intentionally contaminated.
Major components are missing.
The return period has expired.
The item was not purchased from our store.
IV. Refund Policy
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, our warehouse will process the refund as soon as possible.
Refunds are usually returned to your original payment account.
The exact arrival time may vary depending on the processing speed of the bank or payment institution.
V. Return Shipping Costs
If the item has quality issues, was sent the wrong item, or was damaged during transportation, we will bear the return shipping costs.
For returns requested for personal reasons, the customer usually bears the return shipping costs.

Provide your order number and a description of the problem.
Obtain the return address and return instructions.
Send the item back and provide the tracking number.
Refund will be arranged after warehouse inspection.
